yea it could possibly be, a tune never hurts to have. and with a dyno it will tell you alot more then feel of the pants. dyno is a tool which when under the correct operator can be very useful

like quick said, a tune never hurts, and the problem with the idle is most likely linked to the mods you have. i would definately get the iac adjuster kit which is recommended by ford for any mustang with a cam.
