I don't see it, they got some wires that are unplugged but I don't see were it plugs in. Is it the top dead center of the trottle body? Because thats plugged in and the IAC is plugged in. What color should the wires be?

Never mind i see it. Its your EGR thats unplugged. Have you ran the koeo test?

yep you can run it using the test light under the hood. Run the jumper wire from the two input ports with a test light in the bottom port hook to the positive side batt terminal.
Just get it all hook up then turn the kep in the off position. It will cyclt the fuel pump a couple times, watch the test light. it will blink 4times lightning quick the start to blink. It will blink in 2 digit intervals...example would be 36. Using that number it would blink 3 times with a short pause then it would blink 6 times with a long pause. then the next code number will read just like that one. It will repeat itself twice..it'll go through all codes then come back and read the codes out again

Also, if your not comfortable with the above method, some parts stores will still scan OBD1 vehicles for free, and sell the OBD1 scanners for cheap.
The above method calfroper_06 posted works just as good though
