Default another idle question

when i first start my car after its been sitting for a few hours or so, it starts no problem then the rpms drop, the volt meter drops and it stalls. then ill do the same thing again and the car follows those steps again shakes and stalls. Not until i give it some gas and hold it for a few minutes will it maybe even out and idle right, usually that doesnt work either and it wont fix itself until i drive to the top of my street. usually by then its fine and will idle fine. as of late, in addition to the other problems if im cruising for a while and then need to come to a stop, when i press in the clutch the rpms fall like crazy and stalls. i cant tell if its electrical or not because i did a 3g alt upgrade and followed the steps from the tech article to a T. however when im driving the car my volt meter reads 14v but when i come to a stop it'll fall to like 10 or 11 and itll go lower if i turn on other accesories. i tried searching for answers first, and tried cleaning the IAC but that hasnt changed anything.

Hi,

Is the CEL on? And take alot at the IACV. Is it working as it should? You also might want to check TPS voltage at idle and WOT (KOEO).

i will do those things, today after driving it a bit i let it sit for a couple hours in the cold outside, and when i went to start it it started fine and didnt show any signs of dying, maybe cleaning the IAC just needed some time to right itself, if there are any other things i can check let me know
