Cut out running last night, won't start today
Last night pulled codes 16, 18, 67, 87, as it cut off at idle 4 times on the drive home, after I was off the highway, no problems when my foot was on the gas, no problems on the 3/4 mile home from gas station.
Pulled the battery cable overnight, which appears to have been a mistake, won't start this morning, code 18. With my foot on the floor it catches and revs way up so I immediately get foot off pedal and it dies.
WTF? SPOUT? A switch in the shifter?
Thanks.
Starts with spout out.

Now it starts and runs w/ spout in, I cleaned spout plug pins, they didn't LOOK dirty...
It cut off after 2 minutes, now it's running at about the same uneasy idle as before this started.
How many minutes of running and/or key on-off cycles until I can meaningfully pull codes?
Thanks.

like I said you need to relearn idle and then go drive the car some so adaptive memory can relearn drivibility and idle......listen!!!!!!! after that we can troubleshoot the issue if it's a stall issue while driving, could be ignition related and probs with stator and tfi are common

Thanks for the advice. Got it running, and drove with the radio off so I could hear the engine, since that must be what "......listen!!!!!!!" meant.
Drove 20 miles mostly highway, and 4 hours later drove it 20 miles back. No issues so far.
Is it too soon to pull codes yet?
Thanks again.
