really the stock springs are useless? i believe mine are the stock ones.. fml

I was saying that I wouldn't spend 800 dollars on a pair of Gt 40x heads. For a few more hundred dollars you can get a really good pair of heads. Just because I mixed up what I was saying doesn't mean you can start calling me dumb. I'm not the one who thinks the Gt40x heads are great.

they rnt GREAT but they are pretty good for what they are i guess. but i wouldnt buy them new. couple hundred more for something way better. i got them cuz i had the car apart and needed to find something before i put it back together and didnt want iron gt40s. almost picked up some "trickflows" for 700 but the didnt seem to say trickflow anywhere on them. they looked ok but the guy was also kinda weird.. so i didnt trust em. so i bought the gt40x

I am nervous about buying a used head unless I know what they came off of. There is a guy down the road me that has a set of eddy's for 500 but, they have been on a 12:5:1 331 motor for 2 seasons now. I don't see them lasting as many miles as a new set would.

I know they gt40x's are not the best heads out there but they are 90% complete and way better than stock. I dont know, I just like the name GT40x li guess lol
