Default Cold air intake?

Are these worth it on a completely stock engine? If so what do you guys recommend? I was reading a little bit about the MAC cold-air induction system. Any good?

if you have a fox body i would just put a k&n panel filter in the stock box and cut the fender to the size of the box and it will out flow a CAI
