Default FPR makes car stall

I transfered a 5.0 into my 65 mustang and am having vacuum problems with my FPR. On cold starts if the fpr is hooked up to a main vacuum source off the back of the intake the car starts and then dies 2 seconds later when cold. When the vacuum line is taken off the fpr the car starts and idles fine. Any ideas?

other than that car is getting codes

81,82, 84,85 41,91

The 41 and 91 were never there untill i put my egr delete on.

i figured so, all good.

Will leaving this unhooked have a terrible effect on my fuel pressure at higher rpms?
