you need to have the heads set up by a machinest who can measure for seat pressure and installed height per cam recommendations, there is no slap them on and go or suffer the consequences of potential valve float or bind.........what you pictured is a spring cup, I use locators such as these are what I used on my 978's but not sure if your pocket will accept them, you'd have to measure the pocket http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-4771-16/?rtype=10
