Default Mustang Rebuild

So im rebuilding my 1989 mustang because from the start when we bought it it never ran right. so far i have pulled the motor and found many problems. The car is an 89 but the motors internals are out of an 87 and the dampener was off an 84 so the balance on the motor was off i also hav a blown head gasket

Those years used the same internals. I believe the dampers are the same as well(50oz)..

They should be. So what exactly do you plan on doing to the car?
