31 spline trac lok swap
 

looking to upgrade to 31 spline axles and diff with 3.73 s in my 90 fox 8.8 with stock 3.08s . other than buying a 4-5 hundred dollar true trac i have been told a 31 spline ford trac-lok from a 03 cobra will fit in my housing and then all i need is the axles.? Just like to make sure this is true and it will fit before i order off ebay. if so are there other years that the trac-loks will swap into mine ?

yup.... 8.8 is 8.8

you could use an explorer rear diff too
