Default Throw Out or Pilot Bearing???

So me and the wife were out for our normal sunday drive today and I noticed that there was a chirping (like a lil birdy) coming from the car when the car was moving and I was off the clutch completly. Push the clutch in (even just about 1/8 of an inch) and the noise stops. Some people we were driving with said it could be the throw out bearing and others said it was the pilot bearing? Any suggestions from you guys?

throw out bearing is the culprit but while in there no reason to skip the pilot bearing, they are like 15 bucks

easy enough to replace the pilot bearing while the trans. is out.

reminds me.....need to replace mine when I put the new clutch in.

we got less snow in NC, but it rains at least 3 days a week. last week was the first time my GT has moved since December...yard's been too wet to move it.

bad enough my neighbor stuck his Z-71 Chevy in his front yard.....and had to get me to pull him out with my Bronco

I know what you mean, we live around Albemarle, NC and my wife got her f-250 stuck up in the backyard. I mean buried to the axles, it was hilarious (at least I thought so anyway) She didnt find it too funny......

every time I tried to steer my GT in the yard, the skinnies would just dig in. maybe I should get the Ponys back as winter wheels and run the Welds after March...lol
