Trq loss after header install

Trq loss after header install
Just got done installing BBK equal length headers on my car this weekend. I also did a smog system delete and a jet performance chip and the same time.
After starting it up and driving around a bit I noticed a considerable difference in my low end trq. I've been reading up and see that this is caused by exhaust scavenging. So i guess my ehaust is too big for what my motor is putting out.
Can I install things such as an intake and throttle body, making more air go in causing more to go out and get my low end trq back?
I have a K&N cold air, off road xpipe and 2.5" flowmaster cat-back for my other enigine mods.

im willing to bet the chip is the culprit...
any idea what they did, or is it just a mail order tune? if so, take it out, you dont need one yet...
and your EGR is probably throwing a code. get the website from adder for the proper EGR delete stuff.

Its a plug in chip. Pop a plastic cover off the ecu and it plugs in after your rub off this white coating with this "brillo pad" type thing they give you... i have taken the chip out three times to reclean the connector spots. no difference after i reinstalled tho. maybe i should take it out, reconnect everything then see what she does.
