after removing the rearend, the piece that connects the driveshaft to the rearend is stuck. i've bent two wrenches trying to get it to come off but it won't flipping move. does anyone know what this is and where i could get a new one for the new rear end, found the bolts for it but not the piece itself

the fitment was easy, but i think that they have frozen to the piece, i have tried everything, cheater bar included to pry them off and the only thing i seem to be able to do is bend a wrench

I hve had some that bad before lol, the parts is just a rear drive shaft mount or yoke whatever you want to call it, if you cant get one at the parts store then now would be a good time to upgrade to an aluminum driveshaft!
beat all around the bolts see if you can jar them loose, spray them with any kind of penetrating oil, front and back, if it dosent come loose you have a new rearend so just get a new driveshaft to go with it!
what kind of wrenches are you using??? sound cheap, i broke a crapsman on the bolts i was trying to get off it didnt bend any just snapped lol!
an impact would help alot i dont get the heat though lol swell the parts together?????? if you could heat the flange more than the bolt yeah but who knows!!

Because when you heat the metal it does expand which helps break the bond formed by rust. Heat also ruins the bond of thread sealers.
OP, you should have tried to get those bolts out of the driveshaft flange when the driveshaft was still in the car. Use the weight of the car to resist movement.
Fox driveshafts are dime a dozen, get a used one?
