Default Suspension

I just picked up a 92 gt and the lady I bought it from had it lowered with some BBK lowering springs.. Needless to say the car rides like crap .. Super stiff and bangs around over bumps .. It is supposed to have KYB struts in the front .. My question is .. What coil should I use to lift it back up a little bit and have it transfer weight well for the track ? I was looking at either the Eibach ProKit or the Drag Springs.. The car will see the track a few times per year .. I dont want it stock height but I dont want it slammed either .. Idea's?

depends on how lowered it currently is a 1-1.5 drop would be a begineers step and might be what you're looking for.... as far as weight transfer, I run a 90/10 strut up front and a 50/50 drag shock in the rear with stock springs and ride quality is good
