crap...can't remember the lift on the Wolverine 1087 cam. I've seen Trick Flows clear stock pistons with an E-303 cam (.498" lift) and 1.7 rockers. stock plug for the TFS is an Autolite 3924.

if I remember right, the 1087 had almost the same lift and duration as an E-303. are the heads on the motor yet?

Going to start Monday on the heads cam is all ready in the motor will I be able to tell a difference in power power when I get em on? I hope they work with the stock piston. I think duration is 286 299.

fyi, it doesn't matter what the specs are , what you need to do is perform all the proper checks, like checking for ptv with a mock up solid lifter or checking springs and clay the piston and measure radial and vertical ptv......as well as setting your valvetrain geometry up with proper push rod length are all essential to longevity of your build

like mjr said, best bet is to do a full mockup assembly and check clearances. what worked on my friends stock motor may not work with your bottom end.
