Default Please trouble shoot a 5.0 converted to 347

I have a project kit car that I am using the drive train from a 92 Mustang 5.0.
Engine has been stroker to 347. I used a wiring harness diet that eliminates all the unused components such as AC, EGR, Smog etc.

This is still on the stock A9L computer. Been told car should run fine and also I should chip the computer. No expert here so I am asking for things to check.

What should the timing be set at? Been a while since I set it but I think I have it set to 14 degrees.

Problem is the car after running a few minutes will run you out of the garage because of the gas fumes. Runs okay but have not pushed 3k rpm's. Idles fine as well.

Here is a couple of older video clips I took of the engine running.

Here is basically what is in the engine.

347 Scat rotating assembly- Scat 9000 Scat crankshaft
Scat 5.325 I beam connecting rods
Probe SRS Flat top pistons
10.5 compression
Clevite77 main bearings
Clevite77 rob bearings
perfect circle - total seal moly rings
balanced to 28oz
New 28 oz flywheel
New Edelbrock 2281 Cam & Ford Lifters
New dbl Roller timing chain
New Performer RPM II intake
30# injectors
C&L 76mm MAF w/ purple sensor
Edelbrock 1.9 performer heads
1.6 roller rockers
190 lph fuel pump
70mm Throttle body

does it have cats??? also running a motor in an enclosed area even with door open will amplify the concern and make you think there is an issue when there is not, also the eec iv when cleared the KAM resets via having battery unhooked and car will need to be driven for 20-30 miles so adaptive fuel strategy can be learned.......so as long as no codes come up on a koeo/koer test in reference to the fuel management system, then you may be fine, but you need to drive the car so it can relearn, my 89 with h/c/i took a good 100 miles before idle and drivibility all settled in to where it runs good now
