Default Another tuning question

I've gone throught the threads and researched for hours and still am a little confused as to what I actually need to aquire as far as hardware. I think I've decided that the quarterhorse with a wideband is what I am going to go with but am still not sure after reading everything on the Quarterhorse site exactly what all I need to be able to tune my car. It gives you a highlighted list but when you click on some of them they aren't found. I am wanting to be able to tune on the fly without having to take out a chip and burn after every tune. I thought you could do that with quarterhorse then I read something that says to burn the tune with burn 1 which doesn't exist now. There is a burn 2 (probably the same thing but not sure). My car is a 1991 Mustang GT with the basic mods H/C/I, long tubes, exhaust, and needs tuned. I can take it to a dyno shop and get it done with SCT stuff for about 800 but I want to be able to tweak if and when I put more mods on. Just a detailed list of hardware needed to do this is what I'm after. I know there is a few different softwares to choose from.

Quarterhorse comes with a cable that connects to the USB port of a laptop.

buy a wideband
buy a quarterhorse
go to www.eecanalyzer.net and order clint's software
buy a laptop or netbook (if you dont have one)

and finally... tune to your hearts content. The QH does NOT get removed once it has been installed
