Default clutch problems

i have a problem. on my dads 83 gt it keeps trashing throw-out bearings. The clutch has about 2000 miles on it the tranny was just rebuilt. The car came with a SROD 4-speed but we put in a t-5. It also has a aluminum flywheel. Are the cluctch forks diff in 4 and 5 speeds? It has gone through 2 throw-out bearings in 2000 miles. Any suggestions would help.
