Question sluggish 347?

my 347 stroker seems to be sluggish... it burns 1st, sometimes 2nd (if its cold) but i was expecting far more from it. it seems rather sluggish after 2nd gear and barely pulls until 3000rpms. my slightly modded '06 v6 pulls nearly as hard as the "built" gt. any ideas? i was thinking the timing might be way off but i am not sure what to time it at. thanks

i used a light, but i all i could do for the timing was guess, drive, rinse and repeat. i still dont know what to set the timing at.

that intake is good for a 347, if you had the heads and cam to go with it, your best band aid repair , if your keeping the heads and cam on it, would be to use an intake such as the rpm air gap/dual plane intake...
