Starter Solenoid in Trunk (Battery Relocation)
#21
I've been lucky enough to not have any problems yet and we truely use this car alot. It's a daily driver with grocery duties, kids to hockey, trips to the auto parts store, etc.
If you are concerned with the exposed positive connection just find a cover from a late model car. Both my 94 LHS and 95 Thunderbird had top post batteries with rubber boots to cover the terminal.
