Default Noisy Lifters

I have a 88 5.0 5-speed. The lifters (I'm assuming) are the issue and are noisy whenever i give it gas. I know it could be a few different things but is there any way to actually narrow it down to maybe one or two things or is there a treatment for them in order to get them not to be so loud?

Detonation? Spark knock? Seafoam, check timing, or hi-test.

I've been there before. Replaced lifters only to find that my rocker arms were actually worn.

Sure it ain't the injectors clicking? You need to check the oil pressure with a real guage and go from there.

I have read on here that a good indication that your lifters are making the noise is they are quiet when the engine is cool but after warm up you will hear them more pronounced especially on light acceleration.
