I just pull some KOEO codes, I google'd what they mean, now how do I fix them?

KOEO:

Memory:

18 - IDM circuit failure or SPOUT circuit grounded.

54 - ACT sensor signal is greater than the Self-Test maximum of 4.6 volts.

63 - TPS circuit has intermittently failed below minimum 0.6 volts.

32 - EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.

looks like I opened pandoras box with this one

pulled the upper today, thinking I would just solder in a replacement plug and install a new line for the fuel canister(the original line was soft and gummy), well I broke a few vacuum lines and found out two injectors had cut wires and somehow it ran fine and gave me 26mpg. The EGR coolant lines are glued/gummed shut. Any tips/tricks I should know about before reassemble? What other things should I do before putting everything back together? Also can I reuse the upper-to-lower gasket?
