Default heads and cam

im going to be putting a new heads and cam in my car. i have trick flow heads for it but im not exactly sure on what kind of cam to get. i want a good street/strip cam. the engines stock, its got a 650 carb. hearders are stock at the moment but long tubes are going to replace them. i have 1.7 roller rockers from a previous car. id like to use them if possible. how do you know what size push rods to use?

Either go with a stage two cam from trick flow or a F303 either one is a good cam....
