well you didnt say auto or 5 speed, at least that i saw, if auto get a nice stall, some slicks, low gears (4:10 maybe) some subframe connectors, full exhaust, a shifter (if 5 spd), a k&n filter and a 76mm MAF, 65 mm TB, then do free mods..air silencer, electric fan (use one from a junkyard) and bypass smog, and you should run your 13.5s

just those i would guess will do it, maybe some control arms too.. its hard to tell though, every car responds differently, tracks are different, etc.

there are so many nice stout combos out there you can do for decent money.

heres a budget build up. GTP heads, GT40E intake,65mmtb,E cam,76mmMAF,K&Npanel filter, unequal shorties,OR H pipe, good catback, 373 for T5 and 410s for auto with a 3k stall, subframes, Upper/lower control arms this combo here should see around [realistic number]245 or so to the wheels and probably a low 13 car on the right track

heres another ported e7s, B cam, cobra intake, 65mm tb,76mmMAF, K&Npanelfilter, unequal shorties and the same as the above should see about the same in power and about the same times

hell i or anyone with some good knowledge could give you a few combos that work but honestly ill leave that up to you to figure out what exactly what you want.

dont try to reinvent the wheel, just make use of it as it is.........basically mean dont be discouraged to copy a working combo

Default RE: hp question

for the motor for my car i got a setup thats goes like this

GTP heads milled,PP and valve job, lift with my 1.72s is .530/.539, PP GT40E intake, 70mmtb,76mmMAF,410s,3200stall,subs,upper/lower CA, tubular K, coilovers, drag shocks/struts,30# ers, 75 to 150 dry shot,. theres a few more things in there but thats basics. the motor with my drivetrain should see about 260rwhp. now i like low figures. car on motor should see a mid 12 roughtly its should weigh in around 2800lbs with me in it. on spray should be a low 11 or ???

i usually dont recomend 70mm tbs but in my case my power wont come on till about 2600rpms and pull to about 5800rpms. so with a 3200 stall a d 410s ill be always up there in the rpms so i need to breath alot more. i also uppped my RPM range with my 1' spacer. the only thing i may change with my motor combo would be the cam. if i dont like this cam im going TFS1

just some insights
