the cross members off... why would i try getting it out with the cross member still on? lol

and is the clutch cable suspost to be off? *i took it off* Because when I push the little thing the clutch cable connects to back, it pulls the transmission towards the bel housing. Like its stuck in something.. And i've rotated it every direction.

I'm guessing you took out the shifter and shifter boot. The tranny should slide right out after having the cross member and driveshaft out. Its pretty heavy, but should slide straight backwards as the top gear sticks in all the way to the pilot bearing. You dont need to take out the clutch cable. But make sure the throw out bearing isint in a weird spot.

The weight is fine, I was under it today, and yes the shifter boot shifter EVERYTHING is detached from the trannie, and its stuck in the bell housing, it slides out an inch , thats it. I tryed wiggling it every way today and pulling it out hard. (it makes the thing that the shifter cable connects to move back and forth as I pull and tug on it) Like its attached or something or stuck in the bell housing to the clutch or something...

yea the thing connected to the clutch cable contains the throw out bearing. Take a peek inside from the side and see if its off alignment. Try moving the tranning up into the bay (i.e. the shifter **** location) and then move it out. also try it in neutral and not in any gear.

tryed all that just now. I even connected the clutch cable back, and now it barily moves out. Like its stuck. It was squeeling super bad and bogging the engine down before I started to take it out.

6 bolts connecting the tranny 2 on the very upper part of the tranny are the ones people forget about but there up there get a 2ft extension or 3 and a swivel on that socket

sounds like you may have fused the throw out bearing to the input bearing retainer... just unbolt the bellhousing from the block
