It will be marked on the emission tag that is under the hood. It is usually on the hood and will show a vacuum diagram. If it is OBDII it will be marked as OBDII certified. If it doesn't have this it is not OBD II.
exactly right!!!!!!! like i said 94 is definately obd1, 95 was a split year, and 96+ are all obd2.

If it's OBD1 it will have the plug under the hood. Also, you can get the readings with a jumper (like a paper clip) and an analog DC volt meter. The procedure and codes are shown here http://www.troublecodes.net/Ford/ and you connect it like this
