Default clutch question.

Okay, im getting a new promotion transmission, aluminum drive shaft.

I took out my transmission, and the throwout bearing is SHOT, but the pressure plate and clutch (king cobra clutch), looks fine. WOuld it be okay to reuse it with the new transmission? the previous owner installed it.

Could i just replace the TOB and pilot bearing?

Yes, just replace the bearings. People do the same thing with stock clutchs and pressure plates.

would i still need to get the flywheel resurfaced if i use the same clutch/pressureplate?

I have to remove the flywheel anyway to replace the rear main right?

pretttty plzzzzz

today I took off the bearing retainer off my T5, and beat the throwout bearing off, it was stuck on there good. Cleaned the bell housing. Took the mount off of the tranny. Now its ready to take to georgia to swap it for a promotion t5(370hp rated) along wth 875 bucks.

Looked at the clutch again, and it really has alot of meat on it. Pressure plate looks fine too. I was going to get a ford TOB and would I replace the pilot bearing? WOuld i even remove the flywheel? reuse clutch???

advice plz
