So I messed with the timing, it is set at 10-12. But my problem still exist. Put a smoke machine on it to check vacum leaks. Found one minor leak at boost guage line. Starts up fine but it hunts for idle, like it has a vacum leak. When car is given wot it lays down at about 2500-3000. It is still making boost so I don't have a blower prob.
ECU? Balancer? I have been on the search but I am stumped.

I see you say you switched to 30# injectors, so I can assume that you bought a new sample tube for the MAF, yes?

That is a big 10-4. I even tried unpluging the boost retard to make sure that was not a problem. I did have new cats put on about a month ago. Do you think they could be clogged already? I am running "4" of them since it is a CA car. I don't think they would be screwed up in less than 1000 miles on them.

Going to pull plenum back off. Anybody think of anything else it could be? I hate pulling the plenum back off. It cost 25 bucks each time because of gasket.

You should be able to reuse the gasket provided it comes right off. Low mile gaskets are fine.

OK here is the deal. Put new BAP in and it did not help. So I was at my bro's shop today and checked the EGR. The EGR holds vacum but car does not die. Pulled upper and did not see any obstructions. All runners had the sign of wettness. I cant think of anything. If someone has any , any info I would really appreciate it.
I am working on getting my AFM Pms. installed and want to get it running at least decent.
