Solid Air Bag Light

Solid Air Bag Light
Both airbags where deployed by the previous owner, I installed two good airbags but the light is still on. The light is solid though and does not blink to give me a code.
Both fuses are good. My horn does work(so I'm guessing my clock spring is good). I'm going to test it with a multimeter for continuity to make sure though. This would leave the module and the crash sensors... but wouldn't it blink?
Edit: Do I just need to reset the module?

Bubba, thanks. I've heard about the thermal fuse but every time I searched it I've read mixed answers. I'll grab a module from the junkyard, by any chance do you know which years have the same module as the 95? 94-98 or 94-04?
The interior was crap anyways but I didn't see any damage to the dash from the air bags going off, although the passenger side bag that I put in doesn't sit flush. It's almost as if the left side is sitting too low. I'm in the middle of repainting the interior now. Only have a few parts left to paint, the dash and the lower part, on the sides, in the back seat(once I figure out how to take it off).
