hey all,
Was wondering about Ford D392 I'm putting together with AFR 185 heads and a comp 282 1.6 roller rockers. Does anybody know the max push rod length i can go with this combo?

cam and heads are on the small side, but as far as your push rod question..there is no such thing as max push rod length to choose, you do not choose such, you measure for such with a length checker then based on the roll pattern on the valve tip you select the appropriate length according to your checker measurements

Along with smallish heads, that cam is sort of small also.....

Thank you, If ya all don't mind what would be a good combo of heads and cam? It has 42lb injectors with a trick flow intake.
