Default GT40p heads and intake? questions
anybody ever do a gt40 p intake swap befor, what do i do about the egr valve and what not just leave it unhooked??? i noticed theres no ports in the upper or lower intake to feed the egr valve the way the stock one did, figured id just leave the egr valve unhooked then, but anything else im going to run into im trying to assemble the engine today!

make sure you plug it up if not used.

My 97 intake had the EGR port. I just blocked the ports in the heads with the block-off's that came with my Felpro 1250 intake gaskets when I installed my Typhoon intake. I have regular GT40 heads though, not the P's.

mine i had an adapter elbow that it hooked into but i just took it out and blocked it off left it unplugged

am i missing sumn....? gt40p heads are pushrod and your 96 is a ohc?
