Hey folks i have a 92 mustang gt. 5.0. stock bottom end. afr 165 heads, lunati cam 522, 215, 224. Stock intake manifold. 30lb injectors. Well the thing will run perfect sometimes, then other times it will start cutting out and missing. It will always run, idle and drive, but when you start getting on it, it will cut out. But then it will run perfect like a brand new car sometimes with all its power like its ready to go and go. It has new plugs and wires. What are some things to check.

check your grounds on the block, chassis, battery, and ECM

+1 on the grounds - they are sooooo important.

Try using some maf cleaner.

Is the fuel pump stock with #30 injector? only happens in high rpm's?

No it has a 190lph holley pump

Plus it will go sometimes all day ok, or just automatically get ok. and it effects all rpm ranges it just sputters bad when you try and get on it when its having one of its fits. I was driving the other day and all of a sudden it just felt like a whole different car and i drove the rest of the 15 miles home perfect, i even got on it and everything, drove like a whipped dog, just so much power. Then i went to get in it later drove off and it was crap again. i dont get it

I sprayed out the MAF, that isnt the problem
