Default Weird headlight/foglight problem

After about 15 to 20 minutes into my car running with the headlights and foglights on, they start flashing and my dash lights go out. The running lights stay on constantly even when the others are flashing. Other than that if I dont have the foglights on the headlights work flawlessly.

I was thinking maybe its drawing too much power but my amps stay steady and dont drop at all when they start flashing (new alternator).
Then maybe a short? well I tested it and its always within 15 - 20 minutes and while parked so wires werent moving around.

Idk guys, im stumped.

Its the switch. Guranteed you pull it out and the back is melted together. So what happens is now its shorts out when the fogs are on. Just replace the switch and you should be fine.

common problem

I can't seem to find the article but one of the mustang magazines did an article called Death to Blinky. Wiring in a relay is the way to really fix the issue that is there after replacing a melted switch
