Default aod shift points

Just a quick question. Does anyone know at what speeds should a aod shift from first to second? From second to third? And finally from third to od? I'm adjusting my kick down cable and I would like to know when it should be ****ing gears. I don't know if this matters but I have a 70 mm throttle body and 373 gears and it's an 88. Thanks for any help you can give me.
