hey guys I have a 94 mustang gt 5.0 with some engine vibrations that are noticiable at 1700rpm and after 3500rpm, they become more notisable when i swap gears from 2.73's to 3.55s. the vibration is always been ther just more now with the 3.55s gears, but if i rev the engine in neutral i can feel it just as if it was in gear thats why i believe is in the engine, if i drive at 65+ and put the car in neutral vibration goes away and car rides smooth. so far i change the balancer and it did got better, trans mount was broken so i replace and now it feels worse, u joints are solid and so are the motor mounts, vibration is mainly feel on the shifter and after 4k feels pretty much every where, but again if I rev the engine in neutral in the driveway you can really feel it on the shifter, i took serpentine belt off and the vibration still there, one thing, i change the clutch and got one from autozone and resurface the flywheel wish was in bad shape and the machine shop guy said that it couldn't bet cut again! could the vibration be coming from the clutch assembly or the flywheel now out of balance? thanks!!

Engine mounts, check them. Apply brakes and let out on clutch or put in drive give little gas does motor jump up? Do same in reverse. Quick way to check mounts.
