Default Bad rear brakes... vibration?

I know that my rear brakes need to be replaced.. You can hear the drivers side dragging as you drive. But can the rear brakes being bad cause a vibration in the front end of the car when you are stopping from 50mph and up? I checked the front brakes and the pads are almost new, and the rotors seem to be ok.
I'm just getting tired of fixing things on this car and am trying to decide if I should just sell it and buy a differnt one.

No. The vibration you are feeling if it's in the steering wheel is a warped front rotor. A lot of times you'll get that if you spray cold water on a hot rotor, ie going through a car wash after driving all day without letting the car cool down or going through a mystery puddle in the middle of a hot day cruising around town.

You could fix that as easily as taking the rotor off the car, taking it to a mechanics shop and having them machine the rotor. They basically will shave the high point off the rotor while giving both sides a nice new finish. If it's too warped though you will have to buy a new one. (25-50$) depending on teh quality you buy.

Check your Rotors again i had the same problem with my 1991 5.0 they might be ok but they could also be superheated or rusted.
