i confirmed that my cig lighter in my console does work. i am trying to figure out how the headlight switch would cause the clock and power seats to not function. the obvious would be the fuse that controls the the illum, cig and power seats but ive checked it and it seems to be fine. is there any other fuse associated with this? i look at the diagrams for both fuse boxes. im wondering if its a wire from the fuse box or what. i was hoping that kenne could confirm this before i take my dash apart. my power seat motor runs sounds like its running in forward position but no movement and when you press the back it just sounds like air is being released. I am thinking of just making a video and posting it on youtube. others have had to have this same issue. its just odd that all of this happened at once. im less concerned about the clock mainly i want my power seat back. typically if a head light switch was bad I would be having issues with my headlights/taillights which I have none.

when you suspect a fuse do not even bother with the manual and just start in one corner and work your way across until you have checked them all. IF you are curious then check what it is after but it is funny how often the fuse blown has nothing to do with this.

sometimes when the dash is removed the lighter forgets to be plugged back in and see if it is still connected
