Power windows no workie

Know that when you supply direct power to either wire on the motor, you must ground the other wire, and vice versa.

OK update. I was right about no power being supplied to the switch. The good news is both motors work great just a little squeaky when the windows go down (some lube to the gears should fix this?) I think what I'm going to do is just find a power wire, ad an inline fuse and call it day. Ill have to make a trip to the junk yard though because the switches are bad, only the driver side window switch works but I'm making progress.
