Default cluncking in rear end after swap

I just put a built 8.8 in my car it was used but no miles and build by a good place, its a no c-clip, 31 spline, eaton posi ect.. well i put it in with new tubluar control arms arms and kyb shocks, every thing is tight and snug to proper torque specs but i am hearing a cluckin if i blip the trottle or when im just idling or low trottle gear change, ive tripple checked the driveshaft bolts and filled the pumpkin up to the fill whole on the trick flow diff with the girdle, im guess that hole is where im suposed to fill it up to now instead of the stock one on the other side, i dunno what the noise is any help would be appreiciated

if you filled the pumpkin yourself then i have a questions. did you add the limited slip additive?? and im not sure about the plug on the new cover, but you should still be using the stock fill hole, 3qrts to fill it, if you added more than that you overfilled it.

oh, i forgot, if you mean when you blip the throttle in first gear, or anytime the wheels might start to lose traction then it will make noise, thats the clutches locking together, thats why i asked if you added the LSD additive.

have you checked your tranny mount?? how about exhaust swinging ?? other than that, combined with the things you've checked you got everything. if that dont help your backlash is wrong in the gears.

so youre pushing well over 300HP to the wheels on the stock aod??? did it just start after the rear end swap?? if it did i wouldnt be inclined to say tranny mount. does it do it when you get in the throttle and get out, or just when you get in?? do you feel it in the floorpan when it happens??
