valve covers to use on gt40p heads with scorpion roller rockers
i recently had a b cam installed with scorpion pedestal mount roller rockers on my gt40p motor. the valve covers i have are the stock ones from my 1990 HO motor and they arent fitting very good. so i need to go with taller valve covers i think. one thing is that i dont think i can go too much taller cause the gt40 upper intake is almost touching the HO valve covers already. i dont know if the HO covers can be modified or if somebody makes valve covers for this setup. any insight will be helpful, thanks.

Get a spacer for you intake. It goes between the upper and lower intakes. Where are the valve covers not fitting at? Will roller rockers you need to remove the baffle from the inside of the stock covers.

the rockers on the front and back of the engine are rubbing on the valve covers. if i use an intake spacer how big of one can i get? i have the gt40 intake and it already looks pretty close to the stock hood. i dont really have enough money right now to buy a raised hood.
