Default Turn Signal Not Working...Question?

Well I just bought a new flasher and replaced the one behind radio. Turn signals still dont work. I tested the hazard flasher on the driver side and that one is broken. Do the two systems work together? I.E. if one flasher is broken the whole system wont work? Its raining now so I figured Id see if I got a response before I go back to the parts store.

well since thats answered any ideas where to start now? Besides the flasher going bad are there any other usual problems with the turn signals?

My 90 Mustang has two flashers. One for Emergency flashers, and one for the turn signals. If I remember correctly the turn signal one is under the dash to the left hand side of the glove box. Since it is working now, it might be a loose connection from the rain. Good luck.

Also just for future reference the turn signals won't work unless the hazard switch is plugged is too.
