in have an '83 with an '85 motor with an offroad h-pipe and a 2 1/2" dynomax cat back dual. i really like the sound, especially at 2 grand. plus, when heard from the back, there is the real pronounced blatting sound! theyre nice.

Iv got the Magnaflows, which are a great sound, not to loud and really quiet inside the car. Also its all stainless steel!

If you like the "original" Mustang sounds, go with Flowmaster 40 series. I would go with an off road X-pipe rather than H, but that's my opinion

It sounds like flowmasters are the traditional Mustang sound. I want a throaty, gritty sound at acceleration, but not at highway idle or excessive interior resonance. I'm looking at the 50 series Flowmasters, Magnaflows or Borla. Any suggestions?
