Default 83 mustang starting problems

I have an 83 mustang and when it's cold it starts just fine but after it's running for a bit and I turn it off it won't restart and the battery and alternator were tested and they are fine.....anyone know what the problem could be?

Put amp draw meter on starter cable. Sounds like starter is on way out.

I have the same exact problem. Could it be the carb? Too much fuel in the bowl thing?
