Default Fuel pump cam essentric/Maybe, help please......

Hello Ford Guys again. As my fuel pump and regulator issues continue, I am considering placing a cam essentric on my roller cam(??????) and using an early timing cover I have to install a manual fuel pump and bypass the electric pump in the tank.!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN ANY OF YOU FORD FANATICS TELL ME IF AN ESSENTRIC CAN BE INSTALLED ON A COMP CAMS ROLLER CAM TO ACCOMPLISH THIS CHANGE OVER? WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO BYPASS THE ELECTRIC PUMP? I'VE BEEN TOLD TO REMOVE THE PUMP IN THE TANK AND PLACE A PIECE OF GAS HOSE ON THE PUMP FITTING AND DROP INT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK TO DRAW THE FUEL THROUGH THE LINES AND THROUGH THE MANUAL PUMP INTO THE CARB.????? You Folks have an Idea, I sure would love to hear it out... Thank you. Respectfully, Jeff. LXNOTCH.

what is wrong with the intake pump set up?? and why waste all that time??? just run a holley blue external regulated pump for carb set ups and run 3/8 line from it to the carb

I think that is a great idea! Do I have to remove the wahlbro pump thats in the tank or will the holley pump pull through it? Thanks, Jeff.
