I would not reccomend it.
If you do alot of city driving it might not be bad.
But once you got on the highway it would most likely overheat.
The coolan't moves to fast to be cooled down by the radiator.

it wouldnt overheat without a thermostat even on the highway, you probably wouldnt ever get it over 160°. however, this will cause hot and cold spots in the system which can cause premature cylinder wear. your computer would never go into open loop operation which will cost you a good bit of fuel mileage. so just dont do it.
