Default question about the GT40 intake

hey would a gt 40 EGR model intake fit in my 94 5.0?? it came from a 5.0 explorer, i need a new intake system wondering if they are good?\ and if it will work, any input is well appreciated. thanks!

well the thing is i got bbk valve covers and the intake sits to low and wont clear would the gt40 clear it? i want a new intake anyhow that was my next move.

you can run a spacer on an intake to clear a valve cover

ok, hmm half inch thick or be safe and go with the one inch.....?

the explorer will flow fine then. It won't give you any gains and you still will probably need to run the spacer.
