Oil Pump Shaft.. Please Help...

Does this oil pump shaft look improperly installed to you guys?

I cant get dizzy installed to save my a**.

Thanks for all the help but I figured it out. When I pulled the dizzy it pulled the oil pump shaft out of the pump.
