RE: which radator
I like my fluidyne aluminum radiator. It is larger and a tighter fit in mine, but mines a 95, so I don't know how much space you'll have. They make one for your year. I was really impressed by the quality of the welds. It looks pretty much indestructible.

I have a griffin, and it cools very good, at idle the temps go mabye to 190, but when I am running it hard it never goes above 180.
the only downside is I had to custom make the attaching brackets, and get some insulating rubber too.
but if you want a total bolt in rad, ford racing makes an aluminum rad for about $400.

I got it from a local speedshop called mopac.
the total time for the install, including cleaning everything I could see in the engine bay and cleanup of the shop it took me 11 hours.
the brackets took mabye an hour and a half to fabricate.
the fill spout points straight up so the one bracket has a half circle cut out of it to go around it, and the other bracket I had to weld a tab on it.
I dont have a digital camera, but I will draw a pic.
and I warn you, I am a bad drawer.
the dotted lines are bends.

RE: which radator
sry it took so long to get back to my post, i have been working a lot, but yes i am shure it is my rad that is the problem, i have a 180 thermo, a new water pump, i have checked all the coolant lines and nothing leaks, but the motor is bored .20 over. I have a large 2 roe in it now and that made a little diff, but its not going to cut it, it runs about 182- 186 most of the time, but when i run it hard it will go about 198-205, and that is to warm for me. this in on a 85 to 95 degree day, its not to bad but i run it every day so ide like it to be a little cooler.
