You mean the vacuum lines? I capped them off with rubber caps from the part store. They originally hooked up into or intercepted the emissions hose. Yeah, I capped them off in the same fashion, with as least line as possible. But, you won't be able to cap it off down at the TAD and TAB solenoids. Two lines become one, down there, so you'll have about 6inches of excess line.

Will not running the EGR give you a rich smell? If so where does the vacuum line on the EGR connect to? I had a terrible vacuum mess and removed as much as I could and plugged everything so I could maintain an idle.
