Heart shaped combustion chamber?

Heart shaped combustion chamber?
Looking through the head section on the autozone computers (current employer), the question "Heart shaped combustion chambers, or small combustion chambers?" comes up. How do I tell the differance without pulling the heads off?

There is no such thing as a heart shaped combustion chamber, I think that you're computer is messed up. What parts exactly were you looking up?

I thought some mfgr's boasted about the benefits of heart shaped CBs. Twisted flow comes to mind IIRC.
